ORDERING:

By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below.

We accept payment by credit or debit card and paypal via the website. We are unable to accept cheques or cash. If you are unable to pay by card, then please do contact us via email (hello@cornishseaberry.co.uk) and we can make arrangements for online banking transfers. Payment must be received in full before any order can be dispatched to you.

DELIVERY:

Delivery is made via Royal Mail second-class postage. At this stage we are only posting to UK postal addresses that are serviced by the Royal Mail. We only post to physical business and residential addresses and regret that we cannot post to PO boxes.

We strive to dispatch your parcel as soon after your order has been received as possible. You will receive an automated email when your VitaminSEA has been posted. If for some reason your parcel dispatch is delayed then we may contact you to inform you of such.

To ensure an efficient processing and dispatch of your order please ensure that you do the following:

a)     Enter correct and valid payment details

b)     Enter your full and correct delivery address

 STORAGE:

Your VitaminSEA juice has a stable ambient-temperature shelf life, so there are not any special storage instructions after delivery. However, we do recommend that you chill your juice and give the can a good shake before you enjoy your juice.

 CANCELLATIONS:

We try to run an efficient system where orders are dispatched the day after the order has been placed and/or full payment has been received. Providing you notify us by email before midnight on the day your order was placed (i.e. before we pack/dispatch), you may cancel your order. We will try and process refunds as promptly as possible.
