Returns & Refunds Policy

We really hope that you enjoy your VitaminSEA and are completely satisfied with your purchase from the Cornish Seaberry Company Ltd.  However if, for any reason, there are errors in your order or there is something that you are not happy or satisfied with then please notify us by email as soon as possible on: hello@cornishseaberry.co.uk

For the purpose of this policy the terms ‘the company’ ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refers to the Cornish Seaberry Company Ltd. ‘The website’ refers to our website found at www.cornishseaberry.co.uk . ‘You’ and ‘your’ refers to the individual, company or other entity accessing or using our website.

Exchange- If the product is defective or has been damaged in the post we are willing to offer an exchange. Please email hello@cornishseaberry.co.uk in the first instance.

Our returns policy last 21 days. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, then unfortunately we regret we are no longer able to offer you a refund or exchange.

The customer will be responsible for postage costs incurred in returning any items. Postage costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a recorded or trackable freight service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not liable if your returned item/s gets lost in transit.

We cannot accept returns of VitaminSEA that;

·      Have been opened, mixed with other items and/or decanted into other vessels

·      Passed their best before date (see base of can)

·      Where the items were discounted at point of purchase

·      Where the items have been maliciously tampered or interfered with

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will contact you by email to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved then a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. If your refund is late or missing we ask that you double check with your bank/card provider as there is often processing time required for a refund to be officially approved. If your refund still doesn’t arrive in your account then please contact us on hello@cornishseaberry.co.uk


The Cornish Seaberry Company Ltd reserves the right to amend this policy without notice at any time. If you continue to use this website after changes are posted, this will constitute your acceptance of the amended policy terms.
